Overhead Showers

Every shower experience begins at the same point - the moment water arrives from above. The overhead shower is the most fundamental fixture in the luxury bathroom: the one that establishes the primary character of the shower, defines the quality of the first contact, and sets the tone for every other element of the wet space around it. Senator's overhead rain shower range approaches this essential fixture with the same design seriousness and engineering precision it brings to every other product in the shower collection, offering ten models across two distinct specification tiers that span the full breadth of the luxury bathroom market - from the perfectly resolved arm-mounted rain shower to the most architecturally ambitious concealed-bracket installation.

The range is structured around two fundamental design philosophies. The first places the shower head on a traditional wall arm - a format whose simplicity and clarity of purpose have made it the definitive overhead shower configuration across generations of bathroom design. The second removes the arm entirely, mounting the shower head to a concealed bracket that disappears within the ceiling, leaving only the head itself visible - an installation approach that treats the shower fixture as an element of the architecture rather than an addition to it. Between these two poles, Senator offers a breadth of shapes, sizes, and finishes that allows any luxury shower specification to find its exact overhead solution within the collection.

ABS Arm-Mounted Overhead Showers: The Classic Format, Resolved

Square and Round in Chrome - Precision for Every Shower Scale

The arm-mounted tier of the Senator overhead range offers four models - two square and two round - each in polished Chrome and each designed to deliver a quality of rain experience that is precisely appropriate to the scale of the shower enclosure it serves. The square ABS models bring a geometric clarity to the overhead position - their flat nozzle faces delivering an even, grid-distributed rainfall that suits the clean-lined contemporary bathrooms where rectilinear geometry defines the spatial language. The round ABS models offer the classic circular shower format in two size variants, their radially distributed nozzles producing a softer, more organically distributed rain experience that feels natural and enveloping regardless of the scale of the shower enclosure.

All four arm-mounted models pair with a standard shower arm, making them the specification choice for installations where the arm-and-head configuration is part of the design intent - where the visible bracket and connection are resolved rather than hidden, and where the clarity of the traditional overhead format is the desired aesthetic outcome.

Premium Head-Only Overhead Showers: The Architectural Approach

Concealed Bracket, Matte Black, and Large-Format Round and Square Models

The premium tier of the Senator overhead range takes the overhead shower into genuinely architectural territory. The range's most refined models - large-format round and square heads in Chrome - are designed to be mounted without a visible arm, their connection to the ceiling concealed behind the surface and their presence in the shower space defined entirely by the quality of the head itself. The round model with Concealed Bracket is the clearest expression of this philosophy: its circular profile sits flush to the ceiling with no visible fixings, creating an overhead shower installation of complete visual serenity that feels like a natural feature of the architecture rather than a fitted fixture.

The Matte Black models introduce the overhead shower's most dramatic aesthetic expression - a rectangular head with a single centred control element, and a rounded-corner square format, both in a deep matte surface that absorbs light and makes the overhead fixture read as a graphic design statement against any ceiling finish. These are fixtures for shower spaces where the design intention is unambiguous and the specification is expected to hold its character from every angle and in every light condition.
